I would think that time exists so long as space allows. If space is the by-product of anti-matter's cancellation of matter this could happen in multiple dimensions which would permit time and, therefore, rate, which is a function of space relative to time.  These multiple dimensions could exist for any instant or forever into infinity depending upon if matter stays ahead of anti-matter.

  1. If time was represented in multiple dimensions, then the space alloted for that could intersect and invert past, present, and future in the collision. I.E., what was the past could become the future if only for an instant.
